Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager for the United States Marine Corps, a military base located in Quantico, Virginia. The U.S. Marine Corps' Combat Development Command, which develops strategies for U.S. Marine combat and makes up most of the community of over 12,000 military and civilian personnel (including families), is based here. The Food Production Manager will oversee the kitchen operations and manage a staff of approximately 13 hourly employees.
What You'll Do oversee food production operations with a variety of food, cook approximately 20% when short-staffedhandle food ordering and inventory perform tray assessments to ensure food quality, temperatureexceed Sodexo standards for Gold Checks and achieve successful regulatory inspections and auditsperform functions that include direct supervision of hourly associates including employee development What We Offer
