Sodexo Government Services has an exciting opportunity for a Food Production Manager 3 for the United States Marine Corps at Camp Lejeune in N. Carolina. Mess Hall 128 also known as the Chicken shack is located aboard Camp Lejeune. It has a drive thru and serves approximately 800-1000 service members daily. Leading our Culinary team of cooks who strive to provide healthy, balanced meals with variety and excitement - providing them a memorable menu experience combined with compassion and comfort while they are away from family and friends.

Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
