Job Title: Food Quality Assurance (QA) Technician

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Food Quality Assurance (QA) Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality and safety standards. This role involves conducting inspections, performing tests, and implementing quality control procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.Perform microbiological and chemical tests to ensure product safety and quality.Monitor and enforce compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.Document and report any deviations from quality standards.Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.Collaborate with production and R&D teams to address quality issues.Participate in internal and external audits.Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.Previous experience in food quality assurance or a similar role.Knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, FSMA).Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00
