**Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented?Food?Safety?Manager?to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our?food?safety?programs, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. The?Food?Safety?Manager?will play a crucial role in monitoring and improving our?food?safety?practices to uphold the highest standards of quality and?safety. COMPENSATION: The hourly rate or salary range for this position ranges from $68,640.00 to $70,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting. For LA County Applicants: Qualified Applicants with arrest or Conviction records will be considered for Employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act. ? ? **Job Responsibilities** + Conduct regular inspections and audits of?Food?and Beverage outlets to ensure compliance with?food?safety?regulations and Aramark company standards. + Implement, and maintain?food?safety?policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, federal, and Aramark standards + Provide training to employees on?food?safety?practices, hygiene, and sanitation. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve?food?safety?incidents or concerns. + Monitor and analyze data related to?food?safety?metrics and recommend corrective actions. + Stay informed about changes in?food?safety?regulations and industry best practices. + Develop HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) plans. + Participate in the development of product specifications to ensure?food?safety?considerations are addressed. + Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures to minimize?food?safety?risks. + Participate and/or in Safety, Environmental, and Sustainability initiatives within the park + Other duties as assigned by management? + Supports pest management efforts by identifying sanitation and exclusion efforts in conjunction with the Pest Management specialist **Qualifications** + Proven experience in?food?safety, quality assurance, or a related role. + SME?for?food?safety?regulations and industry standards. + Certified Professional- Food Safety Credential + HACCP Certification + Servsafe Manager and Instructor Certified? + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Excellent communication and training skills. + Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of?food?safety. + Understanding of HACCP principles and their application. + Knowledge of?foodborne pathogens, allergens, and contaminants. + Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). + Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. + Proficient in using relevant software and tools for data analysis. **Education** **About Aramark** **Our Mission** Rooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.
