We are seeking a Food Scientist who will assist with formula development, QC testing and work to launch new products. We are recognized for our excellence, quality, innovation and leadership in today's pet industry. **Responsibilities:** + Work with Sales, Marketing, and Vendors to shape product ideas. + Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Regulatory teams to set specs and launch products. + Review packaging for accuracy (ingredients, claims, compliance). + Assist with formula development and ingredient analysis. + Perform quality tests using in-house and third-party labs. + Track trends in pet and consumer markets. + Suggest new products and product improvements. + Keep up-to-date with FDA, USDA, and AAFCO regulations. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field. + Experience in food manufacturing. + Knowledge of food regulations. + Strong data analysis skills. + Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. + Excellent communication skills.
