THE JOB:

As a Food Server to take and deliver customer orders, maintain tables, guest satisfaction and finalize checks. The food server is also responsible for performing side work and general cleaning of assigned stations.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Welcome Guests: Greet each guest warmly and with a friendly attitude, making them feel welcomed and valued.Menu Knowledge: Be familiar with all menu items, including food and drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Use effective selling techniques to recommend dishes and drinks to guests.Table Maintenance: Keep tables clean and tidy throughout the dining experience using a discreet, silent service approach.Billing & Payment: Accurately prepare bills and efficiently process payments.Keep Areas Clean & Stocked: Ensure assigned areas, side stations, tables, and Point of Sale (POS) stations are clean and fully stocked.Anticipate Needs: Be attentive to guests, anticipate their needs, and respond promptly with urgency.Team Communication: Coordinate with management, chefs, and other staff to address any issues or special requests from guests or team members.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

5 years prior relevant experience as a Food Server (Waitress or Waiter)Prior experience in a high paced environment with food serviceWork varied shifts, to include weekends and holidaysPrior customer service experience in food industry

Pay Rate

The typical pay for this role is:

$8.78

This is a tip eligible position.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
