THE JOB:

As a Food Server, you’ll be at the heart of creating unforgettable dining experiences. From taking and delivering orders with precision to maintaining pristine table settings, ensuring guest satisfaction, and finalizing checks, you’ll play a vital role in our world-class service. You’ll also contribute by performing side work and keeping your station spotless, all while showcasing the excellence Lemongrass is known for.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.1045 plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Greet guest in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome

Guide guest through all phases of their experience at the restaurant

Knowledgeable of selling techniques, service delivery of both non and alcoholic beverages, and service delivery of menu items of every course

Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment

Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned area, side station, tables and Point of Sale (POS) station

Anticipate the guest needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency

Communicate with management, chef and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guest and or employees

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Previous experience as a food server or food & beverage experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment

Background in Asian cuisine

Face-to-face guest service experience

Strong knowledge of wines, liquors, and spirits is highly desirable

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative and team-oriented approach

Experience in similar resort setting

Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
