\nLocated on Coronado Island just minutes from Downtown San Diego, this 28-acre property was built in 1888 and has over 750 rooms (to include cottages and villas), 65,000 square feet of banquet space, and 10 food and beverage outlets. \nAs a Food Server, you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nRespond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner\nEnsure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials\nTake guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system\nRetrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner\nEnsure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service\nServe alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations\nCheck station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness.
