THE JOB:
The Food Server's primary responsibility is to take and deliver guest orders while ensuring tables are maintained and guests have a satisfying dining experience. Additionally, the Food Server handles check finalization, performs side work, and keeps assigned stations clean and organized.

THE STARTING RATE:$6.80 + direct tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Warmly welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.

Demonstrate expertise in menu offerings, including all courses and beverage selections, while utilizing effective selling and service techniques.

Maintain table cleanliness through a discreet and efficient service approach.

Accurately itemize guest checks and process payments promptly and efficiently.

Keep assigned areas, side stations, tables, and Point of Sale (POS) stations clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Anticipate guest needs and respond with urgency to enhance their dining experience.

Communicate effectively with management, chefs, and culinary staff to address guest requests and resolve any issues efficiently.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Provides exceptional service and takes pride in their work.

Enjoys creating positive experiences for guests and making a great impression.

Thrives in a fast-paced environment and effectively manages multiple tasks at once.

Has a flexible schedule and is available to work weekends and holidays.

Is comfortable working in a team environment with hosts, servers and management

Brings previous experience as a Food Server in a fast-paced restaurant environment (preferred)

Has flexibility in their schedule to work second shift hours
