THE JOB:

As a Food Server at TAP Sports Bar, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your dedication to providing courteous and prompt tableside service to all guests, and welcoming personality will set the stage for the memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences alongside maintaining a pristine environment, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.0487 hourly, plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Maintain knowledge of selling techniques, menu items, including liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections

Anticipate the guests’ needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency, provide exceptional service, including individualized recommendation, answering any menu inquiries, and ensure guests enjoy their meals and experience

Maintain general cleanliness of assigned stations and tables, organization of the dining area, and stock of assigned areas, side stations, tables and Point of Sale (POS) stations

Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and care, conveying all essential information such as the needs of the guests to the kitchen and management

Inform management of guest reactions and comments, and assist management as needed to ensure smooth operation and quality service

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Able to work on-call, including varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience as a Food Server in a high-volume restaurant

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong customer service background, with the ability to create personalized experiences and address guest needs promptly and professionally.

Familiarity with the dynamics of working in a resort or casino environment, adept at managing high-energy guest interactions.
