SUMMARY:

Responsible to perform necessary food service duties related to preparation and service of food to patients, residents and customers of RRH facilities. 

Status: FULL TIME

Schedule:  8 AM - 430 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The employee must consistently demonstrate the following essential functions:Assembly of all patient, resident and customer meals or nourishments according to menu and diet specifications while utilizing proper food handling practices in a timely and organized manner.Perform all required duties in the facilities dish room or designated cleaning area.Prepare recipes during service managing ticket times and listening to the chef/manager on dutyMaster recipe execution for all sandwiches, bread and designated station itemsFollow safety and sanitation practices when executing daily tasks and recipesKeep all product in rotation following FIFOLabel all items with correct dates, labels and expiration disposing of any non-quality itemsCommunicate daily with the Sous/Chef about waste, items running out, freshness issues and substitution itemsMaintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen when setting up and breaking down the stationsTreat all equipment and smallwares with careCommunicate daily with the Sous/Chef on any equipment issues or items that will affect the quality of the items producedDemonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, flexibility, positive attitude, initiative, organization, communication skills and enthusiasm

M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant.
