Required qualifications:

National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority within 30 days of hire 1 year experience in food service field, commercial kitchen.

Preferred qualifications:

On the job training provided for proficiency in hospital diet orders such as regular, low sodium, diabetic.     Hospital experience.
