Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Dietary Aide / Server to join our top-notch culinary team at our Cass St location, serving 46 residents.

What You’ll Do

Provide a high-quality dining experience for residents by not only cooking but serving attractive and nutritious meals. The successful candidate will have the ability to learn our menu to properly describe meal choices to residents and visitors. Duties include quantity cooking, dish room duties, cleaning duties, serving resident’s meals, restocking and other kitchen responsibilities. Evening servers may also vacuum, dust, and clean common areas

What You’ll Need

Ability to multitask is a must Comfortability working in a fast-paced environment Quantity cooking experience, a plus but not required Experience working with seniors or in a long-term care community, preferredDrivers require a valid driver license and must have and maintain a safe driving record

Our Wages

Starting Wage is between $15.50 and $17.50, based on qualifications and experience We’ll review your wages 100 days — we pay more for high performance!
