Job DescriptionWhat you will do in this role: You have the ability to impact our patient’s lives on a daily basis by influencing the nourishment we provide them. This is an important role that we take seriously. Providing a home like environment includes the provision of tasty, nutritional and appealing food. It can be highlight of someone's day.
You will manage a team, do the menu planning, manage and order stock, adhere to IDPH regulations and jump in where needed to add hands-on support. It’s a big job in a very busy commercial kitchen.

This center is managed by TRANSITIONAL CARE MANAGEMENT. We currently provide comprehensive management services to several inpatient healthcare centers throughout Northern IL & the Chicagoland area. These settings include Long-term Care Skilled Nursing (SNFs), Short-term Care Rehabilitation, Intermediate Care (ICFs), and Behavioral Health Service (SMHRFs) centers.
