Our client, a leading player in the food service distribution industry, is seeking a Food Service Distribution and Produce Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Food Service Distribution and Produce Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer service orientation which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Food Service Distribution and Produce Customer Service Representative
**Location:** Bell, CA
**Pay Range:** $25 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide effective customer service for all external customers by utilizing excellent knowledge of company products and programs.
+ Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met according to department policies and procedures.
+ Address customer inquiries and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution.
+ Process customer orders and returns accurately and promptly.
+ Maintain strong business relationships with customers to promote loyalty and satisfaction.
**What's Needed?**
+ Must be bilingual in Spanish to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers.
+ Experience in data entry and familiarity with internal PC systems.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customer complaints with patience.
+ High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
+ Basic to intermediate computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
