We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food Service General Manager to join our team in Rialto, United States. As the Food Service General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food service operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.
Lead and manage all food service operations, including kitchen, dining areas, and catering servicesDevelop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiencyOversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to maintain high-quality standardsManage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability while adhering to budgetary guidelinesEnsure compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and company policiesRecruit, train, and supervise food service staff, fostering a positive and productive work environmentAnalyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to make informed business decisionsCollaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experiences and achieve organizational goalsHandle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely mannerImplement and maintain quality control measures across all food service operationsStay current with industry trends and innovations to continuously improve service offeringsQualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a similar roleBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)Current Food Safety Certification (required)Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven financial management and budgeting expertiseIn-depth knowledge of food service operations, industry trends, and best practicesProficiency in inventory management systems and labor scheduling softwareStrong analytical and reporting skills for data-driven decision-makingExperience in menu planning and developmentCustomer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiencesAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededDemonstrated problem-solving abilities and decisiveness in a fast-paced environmentVisionary mindset to drive innovation and continuous improvement in food service operationsAdaptability to changing customer needs and market trends
