Responsibilities: + Meal Selections & Tray Passing: Assist with meal selections, stock pantries, and pass meal trays to patients. + Guest Satisfaction: Utilize your customer service skills to ensure guests are happy with their food service experience. + Timely Meal Delivery: Deliver and serve nutritious and attractive meals promptly. + Food Safety: Practice proper food handling techniques and adhere to food safety procedures. Key Duties: + Hand Hygiene & Infection Control: Consistently follow hand hygiene and infection control procedures when interacting with customers. + Equipment Operation: Adhere to department procedures for operating all food service equipment. + Communication: Effectively communicate customer complaints and concerns with other healthcare team members. + Sanitation: Perform sanitation tasks for your assigned work area according to departmental and health department guidelines. + Patient Identification: Serve patient meal trays using the designated department script, ensuring proper patient identification. + Menu Distribution: Distribute and collect menus from patients, obtaining their selections according to departmental procedures. + Customer Service: Display excellent customer service skills when responding to meal service requests, ensuring customer satisfaction. + Meal Standards: Serve meals within established timeframes, maintaining standards for appearance, food quality, and temperature control.
