This Food Service Manager will oversee dailymeal service for the 75 skilled care and 60 personal care residents on campus. Will report to the General Manager and manage a staff of approximately 35-40 hourly employees. Typical shift 11:00am- 7:00pm, may vary with every other weekend coverage.
