Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager 2 for The Hill School located in Pottstown, PA. The Hill School is a coeducational independent, college preparatory, boarding and day school for grades 9-12, located in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, about 35 mi northwest of Philadelphia.  The Food Service Manager 2 will support the unit operating responsibilities including the supervision of hourly staff with a focus on excellent customer experience and supporting the unit financials. Typical shift is Sunday- Thursday, with 1 or 2 evening shifts a week. 

 

Our ideal candidate will be innovative, keeping services fresh and updated based on current trends and customer needs. The Food Service Manager 2 is an excellent position for a hands-on professional who is customer-service driven in a fast-paced environment. This role is heavily focused on service, training, unit financials.

 

The successful candidate will:

coordinate all required tasks as assigned, and manage scheduling through frontline staffdeliver high quality food services in a K-12 environment, to include cateringachieve company and client financial targets and goalsensure compliance with HACCP, regulatory and Sodexo standardsdaily interaction and collaboration with fellow managersdeliver high quality food servicedevelop and maintain client and customer relationships
