**Unit Description** Sodexo is seeking an **Food Services Manager** **2** for **Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Needham** **,** located in **Neeham, MA.** The manager will oversee a team serving patient meals, and supporting cafeteria retail. In this role you will be a part of the Sodexo management team, reporting to the Food GM. The schedule for this role is primarily Monday-Friday,with managers sharing a weekend rotation: approximately every 4 th weekend. **The successful candidate will:** + manage all daily food operations through hourly and supervisory frontline associates + maintain food and health & safety logs within Sodexo and hospital guidelines and requirements + ensure trainings remain up to date for all hourly associates, for both Sodexo and hospital related trainings + effectively mentor and develop the food services team + implement innovative and fresh ideas in retail, catering and patient services + cultivate effective interpersonal relationships with patients, customers, and clients in hospital **Is this opportunity right for you?
