**The Role at a glance:**
We are looking to add an experienced, motivated Chef Manager to our Corporate Chefs team in Minnetonka. As a Chef Manager, you will have the opportunity to assist with overseeing all culinary, safety and sanitation, and operations functions for the account. This is a floating chef manager, that supports professional dining operations. This role is Monday - Friday.
**What you'll be doing:**
+ Recruiting, training, and retaining a large staffing team, including chefs, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering teams.
+ Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service.
+ Ensuring that the business runs in a professional, efficient, and profitable manner.
+ Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with all employees.
**What we're looking for:**
_Must-haves:_
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ At least two years’ experience in a supervisory role.
+ At least two years’ foodservice experience.
+ Proven track record of financial responsibility.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong customer service skills.
_Nice-to-haves:_
+ ServSafe Manager certification.
+ Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree.

**Salary:**
$62,000- $65,000
