Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am -4:30pm with flexibilty and some weekends (if necessary)
Everyday as a Food Service Manager you will:
​Oversee and Supervise daily food service/kitchen operationsEnsure daily sanitation procedures, preventive equipment maintenance, and Department of Health regulation are followedServes as Registered Dietitican and ensures dietetic oversight of meal planning and compliance. Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives. A primary focus throughout the program is the philosophy of Program-Wide Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PW-PBIS), a program-wide system of care that promotes and rewards positive behaviors, and prevents negative behaviors, to create safe, supportive living environments. Each year, more than 1,000 children and adolescents receive specialized care, in the environment best suited to the unique challenges they face, all with the goal of providing each child with the academic, social, emotional and life skills needed to flourish in their home community.

QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in related field and Chester County Food Handler’s Certification required.
Experience: Five years experience in food service management in an congregate setting. Demonstrated effective verbal and written communications experience/skills required. Proficient in the use and application of Microsoft Office software programs
Valid driver’s license must be maintained
