The Food Service Sales intern, guided by category and customer insights, will develop and execute sales strategies and activities for food and beverages, including development of prototypes and solution demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of Ingredion’s ingredients and solutions. Additionally, the candidate will prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and build a library of case studies for new and existing customers, including operators/restaurants and manufacturers to drive sales growth.
Qualified candidates will have:Progress towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in, Food, Marketing, Business or a related field with a minimum GPA of at least 3.0/4.0 preferredAbility to work 40hrs per week during the summer internship termDemonstrated experience with hands-on restaurant experience – front of house or back of houseKnowledge of common food processes, food ingredient functionality and ingredient interactions preferred.
