Food Service Sales Representative
Overview Geography: Key Accounts located in Baltimore MD Metro Area Location: Role will be based out of White Marsh MD The Food Service Sales Representative for Food Service will execute a selling strategy in assigned accounts. A successful candidate will manage key customer relationships including customer agreements that deliver against internal operating plans and customer expectations. Customers for this segment may include: Access, Recreation Amusement, Hotels/Motels, Movie Theaters, Gaming, Special Events, Foodservice Government, Large Format FSV/FTN, Small Format FSV/FTN accounts. Role will also include execution of Annual AOP priorities. Responsibilities Maximize volume and revenue in assigned accounts (base customers and new partnerships) utilizing fact-based selling methods Execution of Contract/Customer Development Agreements including Trade Payment Management. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution including contract renewals Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance Ensure customers are complying with PBC contract requirements Work closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction Analyze customer information and business trends using Dashboard & ERT data to identify and expand business opportunities Forecasting responsibility Beverage Optimizer management Responsible for coordinating fountain, bottle and can and supply income growth. Compensation & Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $55,800 - $87,000 based on a full-time schedule. Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
