Responsibilities: Direct and supervise workers engaged in the preparation and service of food. Assign and coordinate work assignments to promote efficiency of operations. Conduct daily meal rounds; supervise serving of meals. Inspects kitchen and dining areas to ensure regulatory standards are met. Prepares work schedules and evaluates job performance of employees. Interview, select, or hire new employees. Implement and maintain an effective orientation and on the job training for all employees. Organize and distribute daily catering functions. Maintain safety and sanitation standards  to ensure compliance with regulatory agency.
