A Food Service Technician is expected to maintain quality customer relations and collaborate with leadership staff to improve quality and service to customers. **Primary Duties and Responsibilities:** + Accurately prepares food items according to standard production orders as directed by leadership and/or First Cook. + Responsible for checking and documenting food temperatures according to HACCP guidelines within production/recipes.
