**Job Title: Food Service Worker - Deli** **Job Description** Join our team as a Food Service Worker at the Subway in the Student Center. This part-time position is from 2pm to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday, totaling 17.5 hours per week. You will be responsible for creating and disposing of a display plate for each meal period, reading and understanding all recipes, and accurately filling out production records daily. You will follow all steps of the Food Management Process, including recording waste, holding temperature logs, cooler/freezer temperature logs, and following proper cooling procedures/logs. Responsibilities include production and preparation of all deli items, stocking/restocking the deli cooler, garnishing food items, proper portioning, rotation, storage, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
