Job Description:

Food & Nutrition Services plays a vital role in fulfilling the mission of the hospital by providing nutritious and delicious meals to patients.  In addition to providing patient meals, employees and visitors are served each day in the cafeteria.

Job Description:

Perform a variety of kitchen and related food service tasks such as cleaning, serving in retail and patient areas, food preparation, assembling trays, transporting food and supplies, dish and ware washing.Responsible for maintaining proper food handling, safety, and sanitation according to federal and state guidelines.Safely and correctly operates and maintains a variety of equipment such as: combi, convection and conventional ovens, mixers, food cutters, coolers, and freezers

Requirements:

Food Handlers card or Serv Safe certificate is required within 6 months On-the-job training provided.
