This position is responsible for preparing and baking a variety of baked goods in large quantities for students and staff in the school cafeteria. The baker will follow established recipes and adhere to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines.Key Responsibilities:Measure ingredients and mix doughOperate ovens and other baking equipmentDecorate pastries and baked goodsMaintain a clean and safe kitchen environmentAssist with other food preparation tasks as neededServe students during meal service timeQualifications:Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive attitudeAbility to follow recipes and safety protocolsWillingness to assist with other food-related tasks when neededThe position works under the oversight of the Lead Production staff member and plays an integral role in delivering quality food service to students and staff at Western Dubuque High School.
