Food Service Worker/Cook

FOOD SERVICE WORKER/COOK 

The position is responsible for food preparation and maintaining all aspects of food preparation and clean up in accordance with all health and sanitary codes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain all requirements set forth in the health and sanitary codes Responsible for operation and upkeep of dishwashing room and equipment Be responsible for cleanliness of work area and equipment following established cleaning procedures Keep clean and filled all condiment dispensers Wash dishes, pots and utensils. Clean food service areas and equipment as assigned. Assist in food preparation and prepare meals as assigned. Prepare tables for meals according to guidelines Prepare special requests as required. Prepare and pack all meals for scheduled fieldtrips and cookout and provide support as needed. Serve food

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be able to read and write with skill to perform all job duties.

Food Service Worker 1 requires 1 year of experience.
