* School Location- CREC Academy of Aerospace & Engineering (Windsor)
* Preparing and cooking of food according to HHFKA standards and recipes.
* Delegate duties and monitor other team members.
* Serves meals to students and staff.
* Records temps and time and Production Order records accordingly.
* Performs cleaning duties, cleaning of equipment and work areas, dishwashing and pot washing.
* Sets up hot and/or cold food area and service lines.
* Delivers, when necessary, food to staff, students and catering events.
* Prepares and serve food according to menus.
* Checks and stores incoming supplies.
* Prepares documents with FSD for State and/ or internal audits
* Participates on safety committee.
* Attends all mandatory in-service programs.
* Supports the goals, objective and mission statement set forth by Whitsons.
* Performs all other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule - Mon - Fri - 7am - 2pm * (7 hrs./day) and 9am-2pm (25Hrs/ week)
