Prepares salads, desserts, Grab and Go, preparation and delivery of nourishment for patients, catering, snack and retail according to rotation.

Responsibilities

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES(*Essential Functions)

Cleans equipment, fixed and portable, in cafeteria, such as, steam table, refrigerators, warmers, and counters.Cleans work station thoroughly using double bucket method and proper cleaning chemicals.Transports dirty pans, utensils, and trays to dish room or pot and pan areas before leaving station for another assignment.Disposes of trash as needed.Prepares, delivers, cleans up and breakdown catering set ups accurately and in a timely manner for group meetings.Records all leftovers after each meal on production worksheet.Replenishes theme bar, salad bar, soup bar and disposables.Serves food to customers in an accurate, neat, timely, sanitary, and safe manner according to proper portion control.Sets up baskets with bread, fruit, butter, cookies, and condiments.Fills bread tray, muffins, and rolls. JOB SPECIFICATIONS(Minimum Requirements)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Need mechanical aptitude to disassemble and reassemble equipment.Ability to read, write legibly, and speak English.Ability to concentrate with interruptions.Ability to take oral and written instructions.Ability to work independently with little supervision.


EDUCATION

High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Required
