About the role:
As a Patient Food Services Assistant (FSA) at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, your duties will include meal preparation, following food safety standards, and keeping the kitchen clean and organised. Working closely with a supportive team, you'll contribute to a positive dining experience for patients and play a vital role in their care.
This is a full-time position, and as such, you must be available to work across morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts, with full work rights.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow food safety rules to keep food safe and clean. Help prepare and assemble meals, making sure they look and taste good. Store food properly and check temperatures to keep everything fresh. Clean dishes and work areas to maintain a tidy kitchen. Work well with the team and share ideas for improvement.About you:
Able to understand and follow instructions clearly. Capable of managing tasks efficiently to meet deadlines. Familiarity with food safety practices Careful in following procedures and maintaining cleanliness. Ability to assist in meal preparation and assembly.About us:
