Candidate will support facilities at Promontory, Bacchus, and the Conference Center in Ogden Canyon and must be willing to travel 25-50% of the time. **Role description & Responsibilities:** + Safe and proper operation of equipment, machines, and utensils used in quantity food preparation and serving operations + Clean relevant service, preparation and storage areas + Operate cash register and credit card transactions. Preform basic mathematical computations. + Must be a team player who can work well under pressure and effectively solve problems + Demonstrate superior customer service + Take direction and work independently with little supervision. + Able to carry loads greater than 35 pounds, and be able to transport up to 70 pounds regularly. + Shift Schedule: Monday thru Friday 5:30am – 2:30pm (Every other Friday is Off) **Basic Qualifications:** + High School Diploma + Possession or ability to obtain appropriate food handling permits or serve safe training. + Position can be filled at a higher level requiring a High School Diploma and 2 years of experience **Preferred Qualifications:** + Food service experience in a fast-paced environment + ServSafe or Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire date **Salary Range:** $31,200 - $45,500 **Salary Range 2:** $32,400 - $54,000 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
