The Salvation Army ATS is seeking a dedicated individual to be responsible for managing all ATS food service operations to include but not limited to; menu planning, food purchases, food inventory control, food preparation and cooking, special diet preparation and meeting safety/sanitation standards and regulations. Works with the ATS registered dietician consultant. Supervises weekday, weekend cooks and clients.
Satisfactory combination of education, training and experience in food services, preparation, purchasing, and sanitation to manage an institutional-level food service program. Graduate of accredited culinary arts program preferred. Proven ability to supervise preferred.
