Summary:
Provide service to cafeteria and catering customers. Prepare grill items for cafeteria according to standardized recipes, production methods, and specified quantities. Ensure high quality by using safe, sanitary food handling techniques during preparation, service and storage. Deliver trays to patients, transport patient trays and other supplies to other campuses. Issue ingredients for production areas using standardized recipes and production sheets. Receive food and supply deliveries and assists with inventory. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment. Perform other duties as necessary
