**Job Title: Food Services Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Food Services Worker to join our team at a retail burger restaurant on campus. The ideal candidate will ensure cleanliness and sanitation of food prep areas, assist with various tasks, and adhere to safety regulations. **Responsibilities** + Cook at a retail burger restaurant on campus + Sweep and mop floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards + Clean and sanitize walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces + Remove trash and place it into designated containers + Steam clean or hose out garbage cans + Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas + Assist with banquet table and front of the house set up + Assist with loading, unloading, and delivering supplies and products + Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed + Comply with outlined sanitation and safety requirements + Perform other duties as assigned **Essential Skills** + Cleaning + Service + Dishwashing + Foodservice + Customer service + Food preparation **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in food prep and customer service + Ability to comply with sanitation and safety requirements + Experience in assisting with banquet setups **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team on campus and enjoy a supportive work environment. The role may require lifting and moving supplies, as well as standing for extended periods. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Glen Head, Ny. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
