Food Truck Manager Job Details Job Location Oshkosh Office - Oshkosh, WI Position Type Seasonal Description The Food Truck Manager is responsible for the oversight and day-to-day operations of the Clarity Care food truck and kitchen. The Manager will provide professional leadership and guidance in a manner that encourages teamwork, professional development, sound program and fiscal development, and community recognition and support for the food truck activities.\ ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: + Leads and manages all Employees working in the food truck. + Ensure all Employees follow proper kitchen conduct, sanitation procedures, and food handling. + Clean food truck inside and out, including kitchen and work areas. + Implement and manage inventory system for food truck supplies and food. + Ensure proper storage, dating, and labeling of food/drink supplies. + Prepare, serve, and expedite food. + Ensure safety standards maintained while food is being cooked and served. + Management of marketing, finance, and planning events to attend as it pertains to the food truck. + Drive the food truck to all event locations. + Adhere to all city/town regulations with regard to health and safety of food truck operations. + Ensure positive customer experience. + Process payment transactions.
