RiverWoods is currenlty hiring for a Food Truck Operator to come and join our team!
The role is a unique opportunity for the right individual to further develop their career in culinary arts. Our food philosophy is based on preparing the highest quality culinary experience for our residents and guests cooking from scratch utilizing only the freshest ingredients possible. You will be able to hone your culinary skills and use creativity to develop and impliment new recipes and strategies, cook and serve food in a clean, safe sanitary manner from the RiverWoods “Kitchen Table” food truck to a variety of customers in a variety of venues.
This is a Full Time position and would require both operating the Food Tuck as a vehicle, as well as a kitchen. Final schedule may be determined by events but generally will follow Monday - Friday schedule with working hours supporting lunch and dinner meals.

Provide prompt courteous service to both public facing and internal customers of RiverWoods through living our core values.Maintain high standards of sanitation and complete daily and special cleaning tasks.Maintain appropriate records to ensure food safety Proficient in basic cooking techniques and applications utilizing fresh ingredients to include: Grill, Fry and sandwich making Operate a POS unit and maintain appropriate sales records Maintain the basic operation of the truck through fuel purchases, propane purchases and any other maintenance requirement.Provide other support to on campus dining as necessary and directed by supervisor, which may include catering or kitchen preparation. QualificationsEDUCATION: Associate Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of three (3) years as cooking experiencee in a hotel, restaurant, hospital or school is preferred.
Good Driving History
CERTIFICATION: ServSafe Certification
Valid Drivers License
Must be 21 years of age+
Ability to obtain CDL-3/P New Hampshire driver’s license desired but not required
