As the RTE & Digital Marketing Lead, you will take full ownership of the Ready-to-Eat portfolio (Knorr Jok, Best Foods, Mashed Potatoes) and drive the digital marketing agenda for Foods Thailand. This role combines strategic leadership, P&L ownership, and digital-first media expertise to shape and grow our iconic brands in a fast-paced, trend-driven category.
Key responsibilities:
Business Ownership:
Manage the full P&L for the RTE portfolio. Deliver on business targets and drive growth for the RTE brands through strategic marketing initiatives.Marketing Leadership:
Develop and execute annual brand marketing plans, including both innovations and market activations. Drive creative excellence by managing external partners, including creative and media agencies, to deliver impactful marketing mixes. Lead digital marketing strategies with a focus on precision targeting and data-driven decision-making.Team Management:
Mentor and coach direct reports to achieve business goals while fostering their professional growth and leadership capabilities. Build a collaborative and high-performing team culture.Resource Management:
Oversee the A&P budget, ensuring efficient allocation to maximize ROI. Optimize resources across cross-functional teams to deliver projects effectively.Experience & Qualifications:
5-7 years in marketing, preferably in FMCG or foods categories. Proven success in mix development, brand strategy execution, and budget management. Strong track record in leading end-to-end innovation and activation initiatives. Expertise in crafting integrated marketing strategies, including traditional and digital channels.Skills:
Strategic leadership of broad portfolios and teams. Deep knowledge of Thailand's consumer landscape and media trends.
