Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Create SOPs and training for Foodservice programs in partnership with Category Managers, FEMs, Food Safety, Operations, and Commercialization teams and ensure documentation of processes, procedures, and instructions are integrated into the Maverik knowledge base. Work with cross-functional teams, to drive execution of launch plans, collaborating to gain engagement and commitment from all stakeholders. Guide the coordination of Foodservice programs and technology deployment across all stores and all retail team members. Seek opportunities for Foodservice program efficiencies and collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements. Develop ongoing support plan and liaison with cross-functional teams to ensure retail stores are fully supported in Foodservice programs (KPS, OLO, Cinnabon, 1Menu, etc.) Provide system support for issue resolution relating to assigned systems and associated support tickets requiring escalation (open, monitor, close and communicate updates with other Maverik teams as appropriate). Communicates with Foodservice team to ensure alignment with their needs/expectations of each program and to provide updates throughout the program’s lifespan. Manage Label and Zone Pricing programs including partnership with Retail Connect, Category Managers, and Pricebook teams. Ensure compliance with nutritional and ingredient standards including management of MenuCalc, digital menu updates, and food safety review. Travel up to 50%.Qualifications: Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, preferredQualifications: Experience
3+ years of experience product marketing, project management, or related experience Experience with retail software technologies a plus Experience creating and maintaining standard operating procedures and documenting system processes. Experience using productivity software (MS Office, Adobe Connect, WebEx, Confluence) a plus Understanding of LEAN, Six Sigma, or efficient project management, preferred Merchandising and retail experience preferred Highly organized with strong diligence to detail. A keen sense of urgency about solving problems where they start and getting work done. Ability to travel up to 50%.Qualifications: Team Member Competencies

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik/Kum&Go considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
