The base pay scale for this position is $144,638.95 - $161,626.45. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.What you will be doingThe HSS Foot & Ankle Service provides expert diagnosis and leads a multidisciplined approach to treat the broad range of foot and ankle conditions that can occur at any stage of life, from newborn to teen years and from active adults to seniors, with both surgical and non-surgical interventions.
The HSS Foot & Ankle Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will be a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) who will see new and follow-up patients at our HSS Main Campus location, with a focus on expanding access to non-operative Foot & Ankle care. There will be no overnight shifts or call, however effective communication with outpatient clinical and administrative teams is essential. The APP will interact closely with attendings, other APPs, office staff, patients and families to ensure high-level clinical care, service, and coordination.
