What you'll do…
Support Ford Performance Motorsports Off-Road programs including Baja, King of the Hammers, Rebelle Rally, and customer BroncoDR racing Organize and lead a team of engineers and external partners to help build, develop, and race offroad vehicles with a concentration on customer racing vehicles Lead planning of testing and races for success Organize vehicle BoMs, CAD, and parts ordering to support vehicle builds, testing and racing Support constantly improving vehicles for speed and durability Coordinate where necessary with mainstream Ford teams and ensure tech transfer Work to continually advance and improve Ford Performance Off-Road Motorsports Pre-program work including investigation of potential new projects, future cycle plan and engineering studies of potential endeavors Communicate effectively with the Ford Performance team, external race team personnel, suppliers, and other entities Deliver high quality results to tight deadlines in a fast-paced motorsports environment
