Job Title:       Forecasting and Replenishment Administrator

Position Summary:  The Forecasting and Replenishment Administrator is responsible for assisting the Replenishment and Demand Planners with day-to-day data entry and system set up to enable article replenishment and new store and remodel replenishment.  The position will work cross-functionally and collaboratively with Store Operations, Marketing, Warehouses, and other relevant business partners. 

Principal DutiesAssist Replenishment and Demand Planners with day-to-day data entry. Provide weekly reporting using BW and ERP reports. Assists Inventory Management and Replenishment Analysts with New/Closing/Remodel Store tasks to enable new store growth.Prepare and complete appropriate sales referencing for new stores and remodels.Perform reference adjustments up to 6 months after opening to ensure accurate new store forecasting.Provide exception reporting and resolve issues.Partner with Distribution Centers and stores to resolve tier I replenishment issues.Recommend areas for process improvements to leadership and assist in the implementation of solutions.Assist both Replenishment and Demand Planners on documenting current business processes.Manage Service Now tickets.Assist with data entry for holiday and store event planning.Participate in any ad-hoc requests or special projects as assigned.

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics, preferredSAP experience a plusProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and other data applicationsStore Operations experience is a plus
