Parameterize systems related to foreign trade to optimize processes. Deal with intervening agencies, such as the Federal Revenue Service, MAPA, and others, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. Establish and maintain relationships with ship owners, ports, and airports, facilitating transportation logistics. Assist the transportation team in the logistics of cargo to the factory, ensuring process efficiency. Coordinate activities with customs brokers and other agencies, ensuring smooth operations. Know the legislation of special regimes and apply this knowledge daily.   **What You Have - Skills and Experiences:** ** ** **Negotiating and Effective Communication:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of issues, procedures, tools and practices of importing and exporting; ability to import and export goods to and from international locations. Knowledge of transportation; ability to transport materials and goods to and from suppliers, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities and customers. **Logistics Management:** Knowledge of the processes, tools and operational considerations for effective and efficient movement of goods and materials; ability to understand, predict and control the movement of goods, materials and supplies.   **Basic requirements:** ** ** Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Trade, Administration, Logistics, or related areas. Previous experience in the foreign trade area, with in-depth knowledge of customs regulations. Intermediate English. **Top candidates will have:** ** ** Pre Advanced English.
