**Job: Foreman, Marine Construction**
**Location** : Rockland, ME
**Shift** : (Monday-Friday) 630a - 4p
**Pay** : $25-$30/hr
**Job Description**
We are seeking a foreman to lead a crew of 4 to 5 people based out of Rockland, ME. The foreman, reporting to multiple project managers, will be responsible for leading labor crews and ensuring projects are completed in a timely manner. During the 6-month contract duration, the foreman will work under a seasoned foreman as an assistant to train until they can manage their own projects.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead and manage a crew of 4 to 5 people
+ Report to multiple project managers
+ Ensure timely completion of projects
+ Assist seasoned foreman and train to manage own projects
+ Travel across Mid-coast Maine depending on project requirements
**Essential Skills**
+ Marine construction experience
+ Construction quality management
+ Experience in shipyard operations
+ General construction management
+ Civil and general contractor experience
+ General labor skills
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Knowledge of building drydocks, water breaks, and other marine construction projects
+ Willingness to learn
+ Hard-working mentality

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
