Our client is seeking a highly trained and experienced professional to join their team as a Site Foreman for their windows and doors installation projects. This role is ideal for a dynamic and dedicated individual with experience, with or without a glazing ticket, who has a track record of leading teams to success in the construction industry and is willing to travel.  Our client has been in the industry for over 30 years and has a very established reputation for providing quality and excellence.

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the installation of windows and doors on residential and commercial properties. Mostly high-end residential projects. Coordinate and direct the activities of a team of installers to ensure efficiency and adherence to all safety standards. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones; monitor and report on project progress. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that all work meets the high standards our customers expect and comply with all regulations. Provide training and support to team members, ensuring that all crew members have the necessary skills and certifications. Manage resources, including tools, materials, and equipment, to ensure availability and operational readiness. Serve as the primary point of contact on the job site for clients, suppliers, and upper management. Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and ensure that all team members are compliant with safety regulations. Handle onsite conflicts or issues effectively, maintaining a professional and positive work environment. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a construction foreman or similar supervisory role. In-depth knowledge of windows and doors installation processes and industry standards, involving high end material. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail. Familiarity with construction management software is an advantage. A valid glazing ticket is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in construction management or a related field is a plus. Ability to travel to sites within Gulf Islands, Vancouver, Island, Whistler
