**Job Title: Foreman** **Job Description** The foreman will be responsible for chipping and breaking concrete and bricks using hammers, saws, and chipping tools. They will also be cleaning up debris and moving material around to maintain a clean work site. **Responsibilities** + Chip and break concrete and bricks using hammers, saws, and chipping tools. + Clean up debris and dispose of it properly. + Move materials around the site to maintain cleanliness. **Essential Skills** + Ability to lift 75 lbs on a repeated basis. + Experience using a chipping hammer. + OSHA 10 Certification. + Proficiency with power tools and demolition. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in demolition. + Labor and cleaning skills. + Proficiency with a crowbar. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy 4 months of solid work with a top environmental contractor in Syracuse, providing a stable and rewarding work experience. **Work Environment** This is a commercial construction environment with a crew size of 10 workers (plus our 5). The work hours are from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
