**Job Title: Foreman** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in heavy construction and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. This position requires night shifts from 6pm to 6am, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. **Responsibilities** + Maintain the highest level of Safety and adherence to all Safety Policies and Procedures. + Operate hand tools and power tools. + Take and follow directions from the Foreman/Superintendent. + Complete all assigned tasks safely and within the given time frame. + Ensure the Safety of fellow crew members. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + 5 years plus experience in heavy construction preferred. + Good judgment and decision-making skills. + Ability to lift 50 lbs. + Good verbal communication skills. + Experience in construction. + Knowledgeable of safety procedures and practices. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Truck driving skills a plus. + Ability to communicate effectively with others. + Accustomed to working outdoors in all weather conditions. + Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials. + Team player with attention to detail. **Why Work Here?** This position offers opportunities for overtime and the potential to transition to a permanent role.
