What You Can ExpectAs a Foreman/Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that everything goes smoothly at the job site. They are the point of contact between the operations manager and installers. Your responsibilities include:
Check jobsites and complete field quality, safety and DOT checks – KPA ReportsDispatch/ Schedule with Production Manager/ Scheduler - Ensure jobs are adequately staffedBe the liaison between installers and the buildersMeet with Customers and SuperintendentsField customer complaints and troubleshootCommunicate project progress to the managerDeliver material to crews when instructedHelp crews load/unloadInventory count at month endKeep supervisor informed on any supplies/ material that we are low on, including fiberglassGive the production manager a job supply order by Thursday morning by 10:00 amManage daily inventory control and time keeping and materials claimed on work orders with crewsAttend Weekly Safety Meetings/ Weekly Stretch MeetingReport workers comp claims to office to be processedWarehouse Management- Ensure it is safe and orderlyWork with Production Manager/ Warehouseman to replace broken or damaged equipmentEnsure warehouse and tools are secured at completion of each day To Be Successful Previous experience in construction, insulation installation, or a related field preferredEffective communication and teamwork skillsMaintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportationStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and clients effectively
Schedule: Monday – Friday, some Overtime required
Pay: $25-$28 per hour
Position requires a drug test be completed, contingent upon employment and a background check if applicable.
